Thank you! The acquisition of MAQSIMA is a very important step for the BASSETTI Group in our long-term growth strategy. It enables us to create synergies at an international level and expand our portfolio of services. MAQSIMA brings strong expertise in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) as well as Technical Management Systems (TMS), which perfectly complements our own solutions in technical data and knowledge management. This allows us to further expand our presence, especially in the German market, and offer our customers even more comprehensive solutions.<\/span><\/p>

The BASSETTI Group was founded in 1992 in France. Our original focus was on managing technical expertise \u2013 an area in which we have developed a leading role over the years. Already back then, we recognized how important it is to structure and preserve knowledge and expertise within companies. Today, we offer a wide range of IT solutions that enable companies to secure and optimize their intangible assets \u2013 a key factor for their competitiveness and long-term sustainability.<\/p>

MAQSIMA was founded in 1999 in Saarland, right on the border to France, with the vision of sharing expertise on technical testing through software with customers. With our two solutions MAQSIMA TMS and MAQSIMA myFM, we are active in numerous industries when it comes to operator obligations and the topic of Health Safety Environment Quality. The second pillar of MAQSIMA is to improve quality assurance and efficiency in laboratory processes with our MAQSIMA LAB+ product.
