site on the way in which their personal data are collected and processed, their rights, the person responsible for
the processing of personal data, the purposes of the collection and the period of storage of personal data concerning
them.

Article 2 - Collection of personal data

  1. Personal data provided by the user

Are considered personal data “Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter
referred to as user”). These include the first and lastname, the postal address, the email address, the telephone
number, the user’s location data, the address that the user fills in when registering for webinars and / or training, when requesting a demo of the software, etc.

2. Personal data-generated by cookies and tracers

A cookie: is a small computer file, a tracer, deposited and read for example when consulting a website, reading an e- mail, installing or using software, application and this, regardless of the type of terminal used (computer, smartphone, digital e-reader, etc.). 1. Purposes of the processing of your personal data?

The Data collected in the context of the use of our site are processed to meet the following purposes in particular:

  • Provide a free demo of our software solution.
  • The management of registrations for webinars and training courses offered by BASSETTI GROUP.
  • Sending newsletters and commercial solicitations.
  • The development of statistics and measures of attendance at the Services.
  • Strengthening our knowledge of the User’s preferences to improve his experience within the Services on the condition that the User ticks the box expressing his acceptance, provided for this purpose, at the time of his request. When requesting on our site, the User will be informed if certain Data must be filled in or if they are optional. Data identified by an asterisk within the application form is mandatory. Otherwise, the request cannot be processed by the service concerned.

2. The consent of the user of our site

Some data processing is subject to a prior obligation to collect the user’s consent in accordance with Article 6 of the

Article 4 – Compliance with the principles established by the regulation

In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of European Regulation 2016/679 known as “GDPR”, this collection and processing of your data on our website comply with the following principles:

Therefore, we put in place all appropriate means to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, so as to prevent their damage, erasure or access by unauthorized third parties. Access to your personal data is strictly limited to our staff, particularly to the department concerned by the processing.

Article 5 – Rights of the user of our website

In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access and rectify your data, as well as the right to request its erasure, to oppose their deletion and to obtain its limitation or portability insofar as this is applicable. Article 7 – Management of tracking cookies

  1. Traces

Internet browsing is only partially anonymous. Indeed, each machine on the network can in some cases be identified by an IP address. When you connect to a server, it records your IP address, and can identify where you came from (. fr, .net, . be, etc…), your journey on the site, the files you requested, and the links that led you to the site. Article 8 - Storage of personal data

The Data used for the purpose of sending communications relating to the offers, news and events offered by BASSETTI GROUP will be kept for a period of three (3) years from their receptor the last contact of the user with BASSETTI GROUP. At the end of this period, BASSETTI GROUP may contact you again in order to know if you wish to continue to receive our communications relating to our offers, news and events. Your Data will also be destroyed as soon as possible from your request for unsubscription.

Finally, the login logs collected, subject to your consent, as part of the cookies and other tracers set up on our site, will be kept in accordance with the applicable regulations for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months.
