Originally published in 1937 by the US Army as Army Navy Commerce Handbook 5 (ANC-5), the MMPDS database has continued to grow and evolve to become the only database recognized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), all Department of Defense (DoD) organizations and agencies, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) as the preeminent source of limitations for various government certifications.
